From there customers can start customizing their suitcase or order a sample box that includes a variety of swatch samples on color, texture, and finish for different aspects of the luggage.
After they receive their sample box they can go online and customize their luggage. They can add on features like wheel assistance, chargers, and a luggage rack. As well as customizing all aspects of the luggage like shell color, wheel color, luggage rack color, and finishes.
Before customers receive their luggage they receive a postcard to let them know their order has been received and will be coming shortly. The postcard has personalization to it and highlights the customers luggage that they have ordered.
Since luggage gets thrown around and doesn’t stay as pristine when it was first purchased, En Route offers lifetime cleaning. Either send your bag in or bring it to a kiosk in the airport and it will get cleaned.
